Rocket AI Marketing Mastery - Group
AI Training for Marketers - Team

Why this program exists

AI is changing how marketing gets done: faster writing, sharper insights, more creative ideas, less admin. But most in-house marketers are still guessing. They’re experimenting in isolation, without clear standards, playbooks, or a way to prove value. Inside Rocket, every team – strategy, creative, design, SEO, content, paid media – has rebuilt their workflows around AI. We’ve learned what works, what doesn’t, and how to get better results in less time. This program is how we share those systems with Australian marketers who want a genuine professional edge.

What this program is not about

Google-Ads

Not a single-tool course

We don't expect you to sign up for every AI tool out there. This program is tool-agnostic and focused on helping you maximise the tools you likely already use with practical workflows.
Messageing-Review

Not a technical or coding bootcamp

You don’t need in-depth coding skills as we won’t build complex systems. This is about real marketing work, not developer training.
Processes

Not an AI theory deep dive

We won’t get lost in machine learning or model architecture. You’ll learn what matters to your work today, not tech theory you’ll never use.
Organise

Not fluff or big-brand case studies

This isn’t a trend reel of how billion-dollar companies hypothetically use AI. Every session is grounded in practical use cases you can apply in your marketing team immediately.

CURRICULUM

12-Week Program Overview

Each week focuses on a different part of the Australian marketer’s workflow.

book iconWeek 1

AI Foundations

Review AI tools and master prompting

Get clear on what AI can and can’t do for marketing. Map high-impact opportunities in your current work, understand the core toolset (ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Canva, Sora, Midjourney), and learn prompt structures, meta-prompting and voice control so you consistently get on-brand, on-brief outputs you’d be comfortable sharing with stakeholders.

book iconWeek 2

Power Features & Custom GPT

Maximise your AI platform for work

Learn how to get more out of the tools you already have. Get familiar with power features for deeper analysis, editing and using connectors to maximise AI benefits. Then design custom GPTs/assistants with clear roles, boundaries and brand guardrails so they behave like smart, dependable team members.

book iconWeek 3

Audience & Competitor Insight

Use data to shape positioning and messaging

Use AI to compress weeks of research into hours. Combine your data with AI-powered discovery to refine personas, surface real pain points, scan competitors. Turn scattered insights into practical inputs for campaigns, content, and channel strategies.

book iconWeek 4

Campaign Ideation

Move from scattered notes to strong concepts

Learn to write effective prompts to generate a flood of strong, on-brand campaign ideas. Use AI to stretch your thinking, explore creative territories, and then converge on concepts that feel fresh, grounded in insight, and realistic for your channels and budget.

book iconWeek 5

Campaign Planning

Build clear multi-channel promotion plans

Turn a winning idea into a ready-to-run multichannel plan. Use AI to define objectives, audiences, channels, key messages and measurement so that specialists have a clear and structured brief to execute and understand how success will be measured.

book iconWeek 6

Web & SEO Content

Drive web traffic with content at scale

Plan and draft long-form content faster. Use AI for outlines, first drafts and optimisation passes that support search, brand and conversion, without losing your tone of voice or lowering quality.

book iconWeek 7

Ads, Social & Email

Keep every channel moving on-brand

Feed always-on channels without burning out. Use AI to generate and refine ads, hooks, social posts and email sequences so you can test more angles, stay on brand and keep every channel moving.

book iconWeek 8

A/B Testing & Budget Decisions

Design better experiments and budget allocations

Build a more rigorous testing culture. Use AI to frame sharp hypotheses, design tests that fit your traffic, budget and risk appetite. Avoid common pitfalls and false positives so you make better, intentional decisions.

book iconWeek 9

Analysis & Reporting

Find patterns and communicate them effectively

Get on top of your numbers without drowning in spreadsheets. Learn how to use AI as an analyst that helps you find patterns, pull out what matters, and turn raw marketing data into insights you can actually act on. Use AI to create narratives, decks and summaries for non-marketing stakeholders.

book iconWeek 10

Workflows & Governance

Standardise briefs and QA outputs confidently

Treat AI as marketing infrastructure. Redesign end-to-end workflows so AI takes on repetitive steps. Standardise briefs, handoffs, QA and governance so you move faster without compromising brand, compliance or approvals.

book iconWeek 11

Creative & Design

Scale image and video production

Use AI tools like Canva, Sora and others as creative partners and production engines. Generate concepts and visual directions, then resize, repurpose and template assets across formats and channels so you support more campaigns with the same design capacity.

book iconWeek 12

UX, Conversion & Final Project

Audit key pages for CRO and submit your final project

Map your customer journey with AI. Use AI to audit key pages and funnels, spot friction and prioritise fixes. Your capstone is a real, AI-enhanced workflow: before/after map, tools used, production-at-scale plan and a simple executive summary showing impact.

FAQs

Who is AI Marketing Mastery for?

Designed for in-house marketers working client-side for an Australian organisation who manage or support brand, search, paid media, social, content, email, or digital strategy.

How much is the program for and how do I book a spot?

This course is for AU $3995 plus tax per participant. Fill in the form on this page to express your interest. Our team will be in touch with you to confirm your spot for the upcoming intake and share payment options.

For groups of 5 or more or bespoke training, contact the Rocket team at ai@rocketagency.com.au

Is this course for individuals or teams?

Both. It’s built for in-house marketers and supports team adoption. Get group pricing if you're planning to enroll five or more team members. Just send an email to ai@rocketagency.com.au and our team will be in touch.

What will I (and my team) be able to do after 12 weeks?

You’ll be able to design AI-powered marketing workflows, QA outputs, build prompt and workflow libraries, demonstrate time savings + performance improvements, and lead AI adoption discussions in your organisations confidently.

How is this different from a typical AI course?

It’s practical and marketing-specific: you get the systems, prompts, and workflows Rocket specialists use on real client work. It’s AI-platform agnostic and built by award-winning Australian marketers, for Australian marketers.

Unlike a one-way crash course, it’s paced over 12 weeks, you’ll have time to learn, apply, and iterate, with pragmatic use cases, live discussion, and plenty of hands-on “doing” with your peers.

What’s the format and time commitment?

The program runs for 12 weeks from 4th February 2026 - 29th April 2026. Training will be delivered on a weekly basis via live, online sessions, which will also be recorded. You'll also be given short knowledge checks after every session and one final project at the end of the program.

Participants will typically spend 2-3 hours a week to complete this training program successfully.

When does the next intake start?

Wednesday, 4 February 2026. Seats are limited, so we encourage you to book early!

How many participants will be there in each intake?

The intake size is capped at 24 participants to keep sessions interactive and feedback meaningful.

Which AI tools will we use? Do I need specific licences?

Tools referenced in the session include (but aren’t limited to) ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Canva, Perplexity, Claude, Sora, and Midjourney. You don’t need paid licences to complete the program.

That said, we highly recommend ChatGPT Business or Enterprise. Not because we’re an OpenAI Services Partner, but because it’s one of the most versatile AI tools in the market. The Business license in particular offers stronger workplace integrations and privacy controls (including no training on your business data by default).

You can purchase a ChatGPT Business licence via Rocket’s link here.

What if my organisation uses Co-Pilot and not ChatGPT?

That’s okay. We’ll take you through AI workflows and prompt structures using one primary tool so you can clearly see the method in action which can then be translated to other tools. Wherever possible, we’ll also include platform-specific examples in both ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot so you can achieve similar outcomes within your organisation’s IT and security requirements.
