Each week focuses on a different part of the Australian marketer’s workflow.
Week 1Get clear on what AI can and can’t do for marketing. Map high-impact opportunities in your current work, understand the core toolset (ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Canva, Sora, Midjourney), and learn prompt structures, meta-prompting and voice control so you consistently get on-brand, on-brief outputs you’d be comfortable sharing with stakeholders.
Week 2Learn how to get more out of the tools you already have. Get familiar with power features for deeper analysis, editing and using connectors to maximise AI benefits. Then design custom GPTs/assistants with clear roles, boundaries and brand guardrails so they behave like smart, dependable team members.
Week 3Use AI to compress weeks of research into hours. Combine your data with AI-powered discovery to refine personas, surface real pain points, scan competitors. Turn scattered insights into practical inputs for campaigns, content, and channel strategies.
Week 4Learn to write effective prompts to generate a flood of strong, on-brand campaign ideas. Use AI to stretch your thinking, explore creative territories, and then converge on concepts that feel fresh, grounded in insight, and realistic for your channels and budget.
Week 5Turn a winning idea into a ready-to-run multichannel plan. Use AI to define objectives, audiences, channels, key messages and measurement so that specialists have a clear and structured brief to execute and understand how success will be measured.
Week 6Plan and draft long-form content faster. Use AI for outlines, first drafts and optimisation passes that support search, brand and conversion, without losing your tone of voice or lowering quality.
Week 7Feed always-on channels without burning out. Use AI to generate and refine ads, hooks, social posts and email sequences so you can test more angles, stay on brand and keep every channel moving.
Week 8Build a more rigorous testing culture. Use AI to frame sharp hypotheses, design tests that fit your traffic, budget and risk appetite. Avoid common pitfalls and false positives so you make better, intentional decisions.
Week 9Get on top of your numbers without drowning in spreadsheets. Learn how to use AI as an analyst that helps you find patterns, pull out what matters, and turn raw marketing data into insights you can actually act on. Use AI to create narratives, decks and summaries for non-marketing stakeholders.
Week 10Treat AI as marketing infrastructure. Redesign end-to-end workflows so AI takes on repetitive steps. Standardise briefs, handoffs, QA and governance so you move faster without compromising brand, compliance or approvals.
Week 11Use AI tools like Canva, Sora and others as creative partners and production engines. Generate concepts and visual directions, then resize, repurpose and template assets across formats and channels so you support more campaigns with the same design capacity.
Week 12Map your customer journey with AI. Use AI to audit key pages and funnels, spot friction and prioritise fixes. Your capstone is a real, AI-enhanced workflow: before/after map, tools used, production-at-scale plan and a simple executive summary showing impact.

Both. It’s built for in-house marketers and supports team adoption. Get group pricing if you're planning to enroll five or more team members. Just send an email to ai@rocketagency.com.au and our team will be in touch.
You’ll be able to design AI-powered marketing workflows, QA outputs, build prompt and workflow libraries, demonstrate time savings + performance improvements, and lead AI adoption discussions in your organisations confidently.
It’s practical and marketing-specific: you get the systems, prompts, and workflows Rocket specialists use on real client work. It’s AI-platform agnostic and built by award-winning Australian marketers, for Australian marketers.
Unlike a one-way crash course, it’s paced over 12 weeks, you’ll have time to learn, apply, and iterate, with pragmatic use cases, live discussion, and plenty of hands-on “doing” with your peers.
The program runs for 12 weeks from 4th February 2026 - 29th April 2026. Training will be delivered on a weekly basis via live, online sessions, which will also be recorded. You'll also be given short knowledge checks after every session and one final project at the end of the program.
Participants will typically spend 2-3 hours a week to complete this training program successfully.
Wednesday, 4 February 2026. Seats are limited, so we encourage you to book early!
The intake size is capped at 24 participants to keep sessions interactive and feedback meaningful.
Tools referenced in the session include (but aren’t limited to) ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Canva, Perplexity, Claude, Sora, and Midjourney. You don’t need paid licences to complete the program.
That said, we highly recommend ChatGPT Business or Enterprise. Not because we’re an OpenAI Services Partner, but because it’s one of the most versatile AI tools in the market. The Business license in particular offers stronger workplace integrations and privacy controls (including no training on your business data by default).
You can purchase a ChatGPT Business licence via Rocket’s link here.
That’s okay. We’ll take you through AI workflows and prompt structures using one primary tool so you can clearly see the method in action which can then be translated to other tools. Wherever possible, we’ll also include platform-specific examples in both ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot so you can achieve similar outcomes within your organisation’s IT and security requirements.

...that spends less time on repetitive work, feels empowered with an expert sounding board and uses AI as a trusted driver of growth.
That's the shift Rocket AI Marketing Mastery can make.
