We’re looking for a Senior Off-Page SEO Specialist to support and grow our off-page SEO offering. In this role, you'll manage key accounts, help refine our off-page service, and mentor junior team members.

• Support the Head of Off-Page in establishing and refining best practices for client campaigns
• Build and maintain relationships with Australian journalists, bloggers, influencers, and media contacts to secure high-quality coverage and backlinks
• Collaborate with SEO and creative teams to ensure campaigns align with overall SEO strategy
• Stay up to date with industry trends, news, and opportunities for media outreach
• Manage off-page campaigns across multiple accounts using various link-building techniques
• Mentor and support junior team members
• Support with planning off-page for the month across all clients

• 2–3+ years’ experience in Digital PR or link building, ideally in an agency setting
• Strong SEO and digital marketing background
• Preferred: existing relationships with Australian media (journalists, bloggers, influencers)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and pitching
• Strong project management skills – capable of handling multiple campaigns and stakeholders
• Familiarity with media monitoring and analytics tools
• Proven ability to work independently and lead when needed
• Experience reporting on and drawing insights from Digital PR performance
