Jamesons Strata Management is a family-run business providing reliable strata management in Sydney. Body corporates in residential, mixed use, commercial, industrial and retirement developments in local areas around 20-30kms from each Jamesons' 9 branches. Rocket identified that body corporations like to work with strata companies that are local, easily accisible and contactable.
Jamesons started investing in digital marketing with Rocket in 2015, and since then, they have grown their footprint to nine offices. This growth has in part been fuelled by a strong SEO strategy as well as other supporting digital marketing activities including Google Ads, CRO and website design. Rocket's work for Jamesonss has two key goals:
1. Increase the number of proposals issued to prospects
2. Develop brand awareness in a highly competitive market.
From 2014 to 2019, Jamesons achieved 1580% growth in SEO traffic. The challenge was to capitalise on the existing growth and find new ways to drive organic traffic to their site.
Our strategy began with in-depth workshop sessions to identify new customer pressure points and how these would be addressed by Jamesons. Because the target audience is very specific, we knew the Jamesons website must be highly discoverable every time someone was searching online for strata management services at any given stage of the user journey, from education and awareness, to consideration and final engagement. Why is local SEO important to this strategy? It allowed us to place additional focus on Jameson’s local listings and mobile platform to capitalise on the active search intent of our ideal prospects, provide relevant content and a great user experience.
We optimised the on-site content for featured snippets, reviews, images and knowledge panels for each target keyword to increase SEO discoverablibity. We set about creating videos and blog posts to address common search terms in a clear, approachable and informed tone. We paid paricular attention to Google My Business listing accuracy, timely citation audits and updates along with other technical SEO tactics.
We also upgraded the landing page environment following the Storybrand framework to feature persona pain-points and connect with the visitor more effectively.

Rocket Agency, together with branding agency Chello were challenged to bring this concept to life with an integrated marketing campaign, aimed to drive brand awareness and leases – all this during a global pandemic and rental downturn.
